Orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We aim to process all orders within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. Please note delivery times are estimated and are a guide only.
We use Royal Mail or a courier service for our orders. Please note that orders are sent tracked and will require a signature on delivery.
UK Delivery
£4.95 for orders under £100.
Free for orders over £100.
Orders are sent tracked and signed for either by Royal Mail or by courier (1-2 working days). We are unable to leave delivery instructions or amend details after despatch so please make sure that you will be at the address to receive your order.
International Delivery
As a small business, we are unable to offer free delivery on international orders. Orders are sent tracked and signed for via courier.
Delivery to mainland Europe, United States and Canada £25.
Delivery to the rest of the world £35.
Import taxes and duty
International deliveries from the UK may incur customs duty and import tax on arrival. Please note that these charges are your responsibility, as the customer. For information about applicable taxes and duties in your country, please contact your local customs department. Any such charges will be invoiced to you by the courier company directly. Payment of any charges is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
If local import taxes and charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, we will be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the parcel from the amount to be re-credited to you. If the parcel is not or cannot be returned due to unpaid local import charges and taxes, no refund will be applicable.
We hope that you will love your item, however if something isn’t right you have 14 days from receipt to return your item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to request a return stating the reason for the return. We will give you return instructions. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs except where the item is faulty.
Please make sure to retain proof of return postage and send your parcel back securely via a tracked service. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. The parcel remains the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us.
Items must be returned in their original condition (resalable), unworn and unused, with all packaging and swing tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be re-saleable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Once we have inspected the return and approved it, the refund will be credited to the original form of payment.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative, we suggest that you return it for a refund following the process above and purchase the new piece separately.
